Higgihaus

The Higgihaus project in Bristol was a complete shopfront refurbishment, crafted in sapele. The scheme combined highly technical joinery, including bent laminated windows and doors, with large traditional cornices, resulting in a shopfront that balances heritage detailing with a contemporary presence.

Sonder Interiors undertook the full surveying and technical design, carefully integrating the new joinery within the existing steel structure and accommodating the site’s architectural constraints.
